Good god, this shot.

This has the exact feel that I love. That lonely, rainy-day feeling. And, I'm a sucker for book shots and I'm a sucker for water droplets, and you've happened to combine them both so wonderfully. It takes skill to get water droplets to stand up on paper like that, so kudos there.

The colours are beautiful and understated. I like how it's more saturated in the centre around the droplet and then fades almost to monochrome as it goes out. The vignetting works wonders as well. Usually, an almost-centred composition seems static, but not here. It seems natural and perfect, and the vignetting helps keep our eyes in the centre.

And the words you highlighted were perfect. All in all, a fabulous piece. I'm giving you all fives, which some might think is going overboard but who cares? I love it.
